A real-time source of solar and space weather activity, as well as exclusive access to power grid anomaly reports caused by geomagnetic storming.
This stream is the only source of near real-time northern / southern lights from three NOAA polar-orbiting spacecraft. The spacecraft are in a train spaced about 25 minutes apart and all data is stitched into the mosaics. The red line is where the sun is rising and setting.
